1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, sign-up and login timestamps.
• Usage data: characters viewed, conversations started, messages sent, Gems balance and consumption, feature settings and language preference.
• Content data: chat messages you write, prompts you submit, and media generated for you.
• Payment data: subscription status, plan, and transaction identifiers received from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and error logs.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the Service: authenticate you, run conversations, and remember chat context so characters stay consistent.
• To generate images, videos and voice messages you request.
• To process subscriptions, trials, Gems and refunds.
• To enforce age restrictions, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the platform secure.
• To fix bugs, monitor performance and improve features.
• To respond to support requests.

Our legal bases (where the GDPR applies) are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

4. Processors we share data with

• Paddle.com — Merchant of Record for payments, tax and invoicing.
• Cloud hosting and database providers — to host the application, store accounts, chats and media.
• AI model providers — prompts and the necessary conversation context are sent to third-party model APIs to generate replies and media.

We do not sell your personal data or use your chats for advertising.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Account, chat and media data are retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, conversations, generated media and memory summaries are deleted. Limited records required for tax, accounting and fraud prevention (for example transaction records held by our payment provider) may be kept for the period required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, or contact us and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database security so that your conversations are only accessible to you and, where necessary, authorised administrators. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as your language, age confirmation and chat mode. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. Children

The Service is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and any such account and its data will be deleted.
