1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using this website and its services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and age restriction

The Service contains mature, adult-oriented content and is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register or use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. The Service

The Service allows you to chat with fictional AI characters and, depending on your plan, to receive AI-generated images, videos and voice messages. All characters are fictional. All conversations and generated media are produced by automated systems and do not represent real persons, events, advice or professional guidance.

5. Subscriptions, Gems and billing

Paid plans and one-time purchases are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. When you purchase a subscription, Paddle handles payment, taxes, invoicing and billing support, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Gems and other in-app credits are a limited, non-transferable licence to use Service features. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and unused Gems expire when the account is closed.
• You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate, request or distribute content that sexualises minors or depicts real, identifiable persons in sexual contexts without consent;
• create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
• attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, payment controls or access restrictions;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs at scale;
• upload malware or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Content and ownership

We and our licensors own the Service, its software, characters and branding. Subject to these terms and your compliance with them, you may use media generated for you in your personal, non-commercial capacity. You are responsible for content you submit, and you grant us a licence to host and process it in order to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive or inconsistent; do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud or chargeback abuse, or where required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
